At Vidzo Kids, we absolutely love seeing your little ones shine in their new outfits! We’re always looking for joyful and authentic ways to showcase our clothing on our website and social media channels. If you’re happy for us to feature photos of your child wearing their purchased Vidzo Kids outfits, please complete this consent form.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and we respect your decision either way.

For Minors (Under 18 Years)

I, the undersigned, am the parent/legal guardian of the minor child named below and hereby grant permission to Vidzo Kids, its representatives, employees, and affiliates, to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child taken on the Date of Photoshoot stated below, during a Vidzo Kids brand photoshoot.

Acknowledgements

I understand that: My child’s images/videos will be used without compensation. Vidzo Kids will not associate my child’s full name with any image or video unless I give explicit written permission. I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, but it will not apply to materials already in use or printed.

Consent & Release

I confirm that I am legally authorized to provide this consent on behalf of the minor. I hereby release and hold harmless Vidzo Kids from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with the use of the images and videos as outlined above.
