Return Policy

At Vidzo Kids, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you and your little ones to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy, our returns policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please read the following carefully.

1. ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within Fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at info@vidzokids.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions, including a return authorization if applicable.
  • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect, see Section 5).

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within Seven (7) business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

5. EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately (within One(1) day of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
