About the Role
We are looking for skilled seamstresses/tailors who take pride in precision and creativity. You’ll work with designers to bring African-inspired kidswear collections to life, ensuring that every garment is well-crafted, durable, and child-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
Cut, sew, and assemble children’s clothing from start to finish.
Work from design sketches and patterns to produce garments.
Perform alterations and quality checks to ensure perfect fit and durability.
Assist in creating samples and prototypes for new designs.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress (kidswear experience is an advantage).
Strong sewing, finishing, and pattern-making skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Teamwork and good communication with designers and production staff.
